Tell, taste and conquer

The US businessman David Neuman, now managing director of the company Global Olive Oil Consulting, comes back to the 8th World Olive Oil Exhibition (WOOE), which will be held on the 28th and 29th of March 2019 at Madrid’s IFEMA with his own stand, since last year he was only able to give advice to the participating companies for an hour.

In the program of conferences, alongside him, there will be Joseph Profaci, director of the North American Olive Oil Association (NAOOA) and Alexandra Kicenik Devarenne, international olive oil consultant based in California, among others. Neuman will give a keynote speech about “How to export olive oil into the United States”.

As well from the United States, Joseph Profaci, director of the NAOOA and with over twenty-five years of experience within the industry, will also arrive. He will talk about olive oil in the United States.

“Tell, taste and conquer. How to communicate olive oil” will gather in a round table format three speakers coming from three different countries: Alexandra Kicenik Devarenne, California’s international consultant; Johnny Madge, communicator and organizer regarding olive oil and based on Italy; and Malcolm J. Gilmour, British communicator on olive oil.

Dr. Simon Poole, expert on dietetics and professor of Cambridge University. Poole will speak about “Olive oil and the Mediterranean diet for health” from the perspective of a doctor in Medicine specialized in Dietetics.
