On 12 and 13 December, exactly from 9 am to 6 pm for the first day of the workshop while for the second and last day from 9 am to 1 pm, will take place in Bologna at the Hotel Savoia, the workshop to talk and inform, thanks to the participation of experts, on the presence and analytical issues of Mosh and Moah in fats and edible oils organized by Sissg.
The event will be in both English and Italian so simultaneous translation English-Italian and Italian-English will be available. Registrations must be made before 9 December because registrations are not allowed before and during the workshop.
