These are intense and exciting days dedicated to tasting the extra virgin olive oils entered to compete in the second edition of the Milan International Olive Oil Award, a quality competition organised by Olio Officina in collaboration with the Onaoo tasting school.
There is a deadline of 15 July for producers from the Southern Hemisphere.

In the meantime, the tasting panel group is currently tasting the olive oils from the Northern Hemisphere and evaluating them.
