At the end of the Onaoo selection, tastings by the various juries will take place in September: restaurateurs and chefs,food-service and retail-chain buyers,journalists and consumers.

Selected oils will quality for a publication dedicated to them, a Guide to the world’s finest olive oils, in a bilingual Italian / English edition, which will be published by the end of the year.
