PRESS RELAEASE (ARIES) – Exquisitely dedicated to all espresso coffee businessmen and lovers, the 7th edition of TriestEspresso Expo announces a wide range of events and tastings from 23 to 25 October in Trieste, in northern Italy. This renowned trade show organized by Aries – Trieste Chamber of Commerce – in collaboration with Assocaffe Trieste, that in 2012 attracted 10 thousand professionals, established itself as a not-to-be-missed event for presenting and discovering the latest developments on the market. The appointment is fixed in the old Port of the town, home to a highly specialized industrial cluster, with almost the entire coffee production chain. “TriestEspresso Expo brings to Trieste the biggest players of the sector from 85 countries,” comments Antonio Paoletti, president of the Chamber of Commerce and Aries. Four out of ten visitors are foreign, and of these, two are coming from the new markets of Central and Eastern Europe, followed closely by Western Europe, Australasia and the Americas. “One of the most striking aspects,” commented Vanusia Nogueira, CEO of BSCA-Brazil Specialty Coffee Association, “is the number of visitors from other countries”. An occasion to celebrate espresso coffee with guests from all over the world. “I am very happy to be attending the TriestEspresso Expo as the Executive Director of the International Coffee Organization – states Robeiro Oliveira Silva -. Italy, a country that has contributed so much to the history of coffee, is a very active member of the ICO and will be hosting the upcoming Global Coffee Forum in September 2015. I thank the organizers of TriestEspresso for the invitation and look forward to joining coffee professionals from all over the world to celebrate the culture of espresso”.
