Each edition of Olio Officina Festival has had an area dedicated to meditating and theorizing, with of course the inevitable appointments with art exhibitions, performances, shows, conferences, talk shows, seminars, dedicated postmarks, innovative packaging and visual design, video projections; as well as a parallel space located in a specific section known as “Saggi Assaggi” (“Wise Tastings”), where raw materials can be looked into through a series of guided tastings of olive oils and other seasonings, neat or in combination with other foods.
