In fact, an important collaboration agreement has just been signed between the International Olive Council and the Torribera Mediterranean Center, an academic centre affiliated with the University of Barcelona and the Culinary Institute of America.
The MOU is aimed at creating synergies in activities related to training, research and technical cooperation, as well as in activities implemented within bilateral and regional development projects. Under this agreement, the International Olive Council has the opportunity to be part of the Business Leadership and Innovation Council of the Torribera Mediterranean Center as an affiliated member organization.
The University of Barcelona will guarantee the public recognition of this collaboration, which it will disseminate through its communication channels in accordance with the project mission.
