The mechanism is simple: bureaucracy puts people into a condition of need, making them more vulnerable; consequently the world of organizations -which also needs to survive – generates even more bureaucracy, keeping everybody, people and companies alike, in a constant state of need. The paradox is that every now and again these organizations raise their voices against this distressing bureaucracy. For some, it is a game; for others, a nightmare.
